Federal bank credit card escalation matrix

Many users like me applied when federal bank declared all their credit card LTF. we had hard enquiry on cibil but after that it simply showed a pop up saying no offers available, without any application number, no status sent in email or sms. Where we should this escalate in federal bank chain before going to rbi ombudsman.

Credit card is completely on banks discretion , complaining to RBI ombudsman regarding the same is fruitless , also just before any credit bureaus check they take a consent for same so nothing can be done for that too

Yeah how about bank gave the reason for rejection as pin code under non serviceable area on official email, where as other family member with same address and pin code got card delivered.

Ek mahine pehele they were behind me ki Lelo card, ap hamare privileged customer ho.

Thats alright but they need to provide the exact reason for declining application .
