i received the Celesta without entering any income details. I am assuming they pulled my cibil and approved celesta and 4.3 limit based on my existing cards limit.

have this card since 2015. except for a few hiccups in the initial years, it's been smooth sailing. never declined. and I now work in a Tier 4 small town.

Those who got no offers did anyone find any work around by contacting customer care or by rbi complaint. When i contacted cc they said your uploaded bank statement didn't have any salary credit. They are simply lying. I told them i can share again if you want but no reply from them. I'm thinking to complain to rbi ombudsman. Any suggestions?

For me, they just took a complaint for No offers, but no response yet, waiting 48 hours to complete as per mail, and will escalate then. The cc guy told me, most 'No offers available' are due to the wrong drop-down selections. I tried via 2-3 different browsers as well, always No offers.
