I've completed VKYC on 05th Apr and still no updates on card delivery. Customer care also did not have any clue and directed to write a email to their support team. I'm waiting for response from their support team. Anybody had similar issues?
Yes, I have the same issue as well. I completed the vkyc on 6th and since then, I did not get any update. Can neither see the card in the app.

In the same boat since 3rd itself. Have sent few mails already but only reply is we are waiting for a feedback from the concerned department

Just call them and they’ll share the update.
 
Just call them on their helpline. They’ll check and share the update in real-time.
Tried that but the customer care is even more uninformed. I have called 3 times and each time different response. I guess only the people who were earlier associated with them have got cards as of now.
On email too they have taken more than 15 days and still the response is we are waiting for reply from concerned department

this seems to be true. i was instantly approved. my wife, OTH, had to fill in so many details, she gave up midway

Well, when I called them to check if my application has been approved or not they simply asked done security questions and shared the information. They even shared my approve credit card limit. My experience was good on both call and email. They do reply to the email but take close to 48 hours.

Did you have an existing account with federal Bank or fi?
For me they said they have no info about my credit card application.
Also where did you go general banking or credit card section of customer care?
 
I'm not able to login into the mobile application because of my prior relationship with Fi, which is closed for over a year now. I have tried reaching out to customer care but haven't received any support.
