Applied just now and got instantly approved for Celesta with a limit of 10lacs. Also checked on the mobile app that card has been generated. Just needed to use Mobile Number and Pan card with OTP authentication.
Few details:
1. CIBIL(checked a month back): 800+
2. Highest credit limit on CIBIL: 6.2lacs (HDFC)
3. Number of enquiries in last 6 months: 2
4. Existing Federal Bank account holder: Yes (holding both FI and Jupiter accounts with negligible or zero balance)

Got a reply today for mail regarding 'No offers found'. Don't know how I got other credit cards without issue, no specific reason Federal is giving for rejection. Only reason - internal policies. My guess - not having an account with them/no of enquiries in past months. I guess Federal is getting much overloaded by applications after making cards LTF and rejecting randomly.

i wrote to hdfc greviance, they came back saying they can swap my LTF Millenia Visa to FYF Millenia Diners.
Kinda stupid since it's basically the same card.
