A small update:

They are not hitting my CIBIL. Tried on 2nd and 3rd Jan both days asks work details and docs and provides a very low limit based on ITR alone.

My experience - I got imperio card in July 2023 but I didn't like it. So I mailed them to cancel the card and it got closed in Aug 2023.
As per their terms I can apply for a new federal Bank credit card after 90 days of closure. So I tried on Dec 2023 end but it showed an error message - I have an existing card so I cannot apply for new card.

I called customer care. They told that even though it crossed 90 days, once a card is closed, they will evaluate and allow me to apply for a card later only. No particular date as such.

So I am just waiting for applying newly. I wanted celesta and that's why I cancelled the imperio.

Recently applied and was getting imperio, didn't proceed then the customer care called and told you can apply for upgrade after few days. Hence took it for now for some specific offers. Same day booked tickets with virtual card for 10k, should be getting Amazon voucher.
Now will wait for a few days and try for upgrade.
It's not my primary card hence, settling for less as of now.

Getting message - number is not registered with federal bank.

Also when I try to re-apply the card, it shows the below message, attaching screenshots.

did you check for any upgrade offers? Even I got a card which I want to upgrade to Celesta. Let me know if there is any update on this.

Bank asked to wait for 6 months for any kind of request: LE & card upgrade.
