I had closed my One federal card in the past. Now when I am trying to apply federal card, I am getting an error for kyc. When I reached to customer care, they advised to get the KYC done at the branch first, only then I would be able to apply for a credit card. I visited the branch also, but branch people are unable to search the customer id provided by customer care. Anyone faced this issue?

I had One card from Federal, which is closed now and it has been more than 90 days. While applying for core federal card, they provide an error that you still have an existing relationship with federal. Written to customer care, but no response.

For me, it is already mentioned as closed in CIBIL.

As of now, 1CARD's policy is NOT to issue 1Card to those customers who closed their 1Card held earlier - be it secured or unsecured or be it from any partner bank.

Once closed means permanently closed, forever.

Unless, they change their policy....

Federal has one card policy. You can apply post 90 days of the card closure.
