This is why I say HDFC is sh!#. They give Neu infinity card, then ask to complete rewards league and then when we start using the card, they f$#%king block it. Horrible, sh!##y and unprofessional.

Yes. Initial 5 days it was Rs 5000. I think I maxed out then.

Then my limit became 1.52L on the same day. Just called customer care and confirmed it is not blocked.

But one amazing thing just happened now...
The credit limit i see is 11.72L 🙀wow 😲 😳

Did I go mad or are they mad? Is it some glitch? 🤩 I see the same limit on both Swiggy and Neu cards. Wow just can't believe 🤯 😹

What exactly happened here 😨

tatanue gives 5% only on tata partner websites. last I checked swiggy is not the one. Its not mcc based card, its MID based (need merchant Id).

@aparnahm can shed some light on this. She had the same issue, don't think it got fixed for custom ROMs.

I applied for the Neu Infinity card 2 weeks back, after VKYC, card got approved today. Got an email that card is approved with initial limit of Rs 5000.
It is FYF with fee waiver on 3L annual spend. I have not activated it. Wrote a mail to HDFC asking if they can convert it to LTF. Waiting for their response.

The only other HDFC card that I have is Swiggy HDFC. That too is paid. (500 + 500). I had asked many times if they can convert that also to LTF, but they didn't.

It’s a temporary limit. You limit will be merged eith your existing card
