You are using custom ROM i guess. Tata neu needs strong integrity. U need to flash ROM with strong integrity or Root and hide.
You can join Telegram groups for your phone model and ask for help to make it "strong integrity"

Your phone must be rooted... download play integrity checker from Play Store...if all of three option showing pass than only app will work for you

using custom rom usually involves unlocking bootloader which indirectly tells root the phone, I know technically you didn't root the phone but most of the apps behave with that assumption.

If there is any app like Shizuku, you need to uninstall and reboot it. Usullay root phones, have an app in rom to do that like magisk hide etc..

they push the dates, just keep following and if 30 days reached then escalate, no need to wait. Can ask compensation too if you feel.

I suggest you guys talk to your Mobile Service Provider (BSNL/Airtel/Jio...). At times, they also maintain a list of REPORTED defective phones. Like, rare cases of phones having same IMEI numbers or even phones without any IMEI numbers. Disputed lots of equipment, confiscated stuff.... the list is huge. Just in case.....

When and which situation you got this OTP?

this is for online application, somewhere when you click 'send otp' it will come like this.. you need to enter that OTP to continue your application otherwise it will be left like that.

I did apply for Swiggy LTF thru Infinity link, it showed vkyc required but never shared link. Today they called me told it was verification, asked for my DOB and then otp. I got suspicious and didn't share.

Thank you sir. App worked on my phone for close to nine months. This happened after app upgrade. So I think the service provider will not be able to help.

Apparently it was not genuine, just half an hour ago an guy came for physical verification and told me it was scam, they try and apply some other card in your name according to him
