2% upi cb is valid on all apps or it forces you to use fi just like tata neu

Nothing yet. 2 FUCKING WEEKS and 1 week of already escalating this to Escalations and Nodal officer email. I just called customer care and the asshole on the other end WONT EVEN LET ME SPEAK. The neobanks should all be killed. RBI is correct in doing that. These guys are a bunch of jokers.
No response for 2 weeks from customer support
No response for 1 week from Escalation and Nodal officer desk.
And I just sent an email to all the founders telling this like 15 minutes ago so lets see what they have to say or they just do not give a F**k at all (Like on twitter where I reached out twice as well in last 2 weeks)

How much balance you were keeping bro? I think they are not giving to users who are keeping very low balance

I am maintaining 50k from the start when the programme was first launced.
At beginning more fi coins were given.
From that day approximately i think i got 15000 rs cashback in total.
I do amazon add money of 4k for debit card spends.
And i pay in my merchant 1500 rs for 2% cashback+ coins
You can earn 500 cashback+ 2000 coins on upi spend+ 8000 coins on debit card spend

yeah, the so called priority support is a big joke. I waited for nearly half hour to connect with their "Specialist" and the chat just ended. I emailed them, they raised a ticket this morning. Let's see. Very likely ombudsman seems like the only way - but I don't think neo banks offers are under their purview.

Also, are you receiving Fi Coins at all? or as per infinity plan?

I always have 50k in infinity plan and will add 40k on top of 50k for credit card bill payments n getting coins

There's no direct coin-to-cash convert option for me? Can you guide?

I used to redeem it as Amazon voucher of 500 for 19999 (which they later increased) and now that too is gone. I see only Bigbasket and Domino's vouchers among very few others are left.
