There was a fraud transaction happened on my IndusInd credit card on 22nd April for amount USD 2401.56
I raised the complaint with bank and submitted the dispute form , after that I got no reply
Anyone can help with whom any unauthorised transaction happened

Did you raise a complaint on National cybercrime portal and in the nearest police station?

Call the bank and ask for the dispute status.

Usually banks issue a provisional credit so that you do not have to pay the bill after initial verification within a week so. If that has not happened it means they have not raised the dispute yet.

If they do not raise the dispute you can reach RBI ombudsman.

Try to have a email trail too.

IndusInd has worst customer support I ever seen even branch manager becomes same. They act like there are working on it but they won't have to ping them every 3 to 5 days. I suggest you to call customer care and ask nodal office phone number and call nodal office and share issue/ticket number.

If you are lucky you get solution in few hours. Also raise complaint with RBI ombudsman.

When have you raised the complaint?

It's going to happen a month.

Hope you have reported timely, there's no fault on your part, so as to have zero liability.

Now it's time to gear up, and ask to resolve your concern soon otherwise you're going to lodge complaint with RBI BO.

Try mailing from L1 to all, as much as possible. Hope, you did already. Find out, telephone/ phone number of Nodal Officer's Desk or any other senior officer from grievance department
and record the conversation ask the resolution period, their findings and all.

If temporarily disputed amount is not credited then ask to credit so that you don't have to pay. Later it will be permanently settled, upon resolution.

Hope you have blocked the card. Also call 1930 and report.
