Got idfc wealth card without any effort

I recently wanted buy something in flipkart and idfc was one of the offer cards.. I was eyeing for this card but no real interest to apply as i have sbi cb and axis ace.. Due to fk offer thought i will give a try and applied online..
In application, it asked for existing cc i gave my hdfc regalia first with 2 L limit. I thought i may get select card.. Surprisingly got approved for wealth with 4.7L limit. Card got delivered in 3 days.

Yes, got mail instantly. Message came later though.

Within minutes of applying, got the card approved and now it's showing in the app as well. Video KYC happened instantly as well, the entire process was superfast. Let's see when I actually receive the physical card.

Yes, since my current Regalia is also LTF I was apprehensive. But yes, as you said Merchant offers are always welcome for a LTF card.


I got it via friend's referral, and I entered around 30L + pa.

Didn't work for me sadly. I also used my regalia first with 7.5L limit. Got declined at the very last step. 🙁

I have 2 FDs totalling 5L with IDFC, and an Add-on IDFC wealth CC with my sister limit 5.9L
Will that be sufficient to apply for my own wealth CC?

Many people mention use a different number than the one on which I have an idfc Account. And mentioning higher salary is compulsory?
Or mentioning hdfc regalia existing limit 5.3L should be enough
Since my actual salary 1.3 is lesser than 36LPA or 3LPM which is required for Wealth CC

How old is DCB? Also how did you get DCB at 4.2L, grievances said minimum limit for DCB is 5L ?
