lesser than nov dec maybe but much more than earlier prices .
for eg i have booked ibis gurgaon for below 4k for many dates now its minimum 5-6k from aprl 25 ... before that some dates are touching 10k its insane

Yes... even I have observed that Accor hotel prices have increased significantly ... to the tune of 20-30% at-least from around an year / year and half back

I booked a property two weeks back and the rates have already gone up 20% post that.

October to January is like the peak holiday season, some hotels available for 2-3k have gone upwards of 10-12k around December.

Funnily enough, I booked dubai property for December in August and it was cheaper in October, so cancelled and rebooked haha

There should be an option to just modify the booking as well which is an easier process. And this way your confirmation number won't change as well.

They do prime match... U can fill a form however lol it's for matching against other platforms and not themselves 😉

But I agree a it would be a lot simpler

No, not for matching the price. There should be an option to modify your booking rather than canceling and rebooking it.

In Marriott, if you have booked a room for $100 a night, and the price drops to $90, you can simply open your booking, click on 'modify booking,' and it will show you the new updated rates. Once you proceed with it, your booking is updated with new prices. Accor should have a similar function too. It's the same process you'd go through if you wanted to change the dates of your existing booking, except you search for the same dates instead and just accept the new lower prices.
