My hdfc bank account debit freeze urgent help required please help I made transaction on tide add money and snapay multiple times so please guide me how to clarify bank for sourse of fund from snapay I don't file any itr how to clarify them for this transaction only for cashback purposes not buisness income.

Transaction amount from snapay ak inforak was minimum 97 & maximum 1900, online debit card transaction for milenia debit card 400 cashback is 5000 to 10000 in Amazon wallet,mobikwik wallet etc ,tide card maximum 10000 UPI self account transaction for bajaj cashback in jan feb March was minimum 2000 max 5000

Amount is not an issue but the number of transactions is.

I also read somewhere, that HDFC has blacklisted snapay transactions.

I guess you can meet your BM and tell him the truth.
He will probably tell you some way out. Maybe you can tell him you can get him some new accounts or FDs

Amount is not an issue but the number of transactions is.

I also read somewhere, that HDFC has blacklisted snapay transactions.

Was it blocked after a particular transaction of snapay?

Or bank does it to keep a check on account time to time (monthly/quarterly) ?

but as I am also a hdfc user
amount is not an issue
mine was open in Feb and have done almist crore worth of txn
but my txn count is around 100-150
@varun__goel_ is right txn count is issue

u cab close AFAIK
and money will be sent to your desired bank account
I suggest meet bm and told them the truth
they will u freeze
it's not a big issue
and refrain from doing such txnx

Go to Branch Manager, have a word with him

That the debit txns routed to tide prepaid card powered by transcorp card (RBI approved PPI)

Declare the credit txns are of the source money of that prepaid card via third party b2b merchants.

Else you can have a word on mail with hdfc grievance.

They will just ask you to not do this type of txns, else ask you to take current account.

There won't be issue.

(Don't say about cashback on mail)

If you do 1 or 2 txns, it comes under cashback purpose.

If you do 100's of txns, it comes under business txns.

Declare they are your business txns.
