Does UPI RuPay also have a cooldown period? Like if we get an HDFC core credit card, we can only get UPI RuPay from MyCards after 6 months? My UPI RuPay is being declined again and again citing "Internal policy" even though I have Freedom Visa, Swiggy MC and Neu Visa

Maybe your limit doesn't support fourth card. Try Pixel. 4 cards from HDFC is not possible I guess unless its Pixel.
