That's why i have asked, if anything else required. How are others proving or taking screenshots?
Small query. I am in the same situation as you right now.
How would you prove these screenshots are yours and not somebody elses ?
generally within a week of applied card, hdfc sends application form to mail - it contains fee structure and further information, can use it.
if some reason it is not delivered to your email, while applying above card take screenshot of application process where number and fee available.
If number and fee not available in any screenshot, can request for confirmation through email after application approved (only after approved) about LTF status.
If they didn't confirmed LTF status, then alternatively can request or check with Swgy support about LTF status and their help in converting card to LTF.
If all of them failed, still having paid Swgy card then request HDCF about converting to LTF based on above screenshots.
If still failed to convert LTF, then can close it without activating the card.
But if application says activated after 37 days or 90 days that is some kind of trust or hope to get the same and might work 95% of the time but still if not convinced can close without activating the card within 30 days. Hopefully you'll get confirmation by that time.
Note: I never saw someone who applied TataNue cards as LTF but got as Paid but its upto you whether you can trust or not.
But requesting, do not apply one bank behavior to another bank.
If sapphiro LTF applied then definitely application form received in mail or while applying have clear screenshots and easily escalate to get the LTF. It takes time and granted some mistrust happened there. but that is ICCII behavior.
HDCF on other hand, tricky it says LTF but actually mentioned * with some spends in a year. That is this bank behavior. So, careful while applying whether its LTF or spend based LTF in this bank.
AXS different level, mostly offered LTF through specific channel of appln only, and appln should come there only. This is this bank behavior.
