Please check with your phone number and date of birth also, you may find different application number. Same thing happened with me.
Yeah, like them I also sent my KYC documents to Chennai, they asked for it on email. But after sending those the application got declined one time and again inprocess now.Yes some people here also had similar issue. Check this thread.
