I tried to apply for Biz Black for a family member, but they didn't proceed saying FD is not eligible for the card. I tried with FD amount more than 6 lakhs.

Please share your experiences here in case someone is able to successfully apply for any card.

If the situation so demands, yes, I make out my points clearly n precisely. May not be palatable to many - inexperienced or with a tunnel-view.
