HDFC Infinia vs YES Marquee

With Marquee new kid on the block and in some categories returns are better than Infinia and Magnus story being over. It deserves a thread . Any experts on this and is it suggested to have Marquee if already have Infinia.?

Online international spends is one area which it seems to excel over other cards.

Apart from that if you have a SBI CB for online spends and a LTF Sapphiro or IDFC Wealth LTF for BMS, don't see a lot of use in this card.

It totally depends on your usage and current card portfolio. If you just compare these two cards, then yes marquee provides better return on online spend (non smartbuy partners only) plus some additional non spend offers.

I'm not asking about redemption. I'm asking about buying giftcards using Yes bank credit card as HDFC provides with SmartBuy Gyftr.

I am not aware about yes bank portal.As you mentioned rewardz portal in orginal query, I thought it might be same and hence shared a thread that seemed similar.

As if now, there is no competitor for Infinia Gyftr portal. That's their only USP. And also the main source of losses hdfc suffer from selling this card.

Rest all categories do have better options than Infinia.

Infinia would be better choice if offered without any significant change of financial planning (like a 2L yearly ULIP investment or something similar)

However, I wanna point out that Infinia doesn’t provide lounge access to accompanying guests where Marquee does

May be beneficial for some of the users in some situation
