HDFC Preffered Account Upgrade Offer, No option to confirm ?

Got this mail yesterday, But when I try to upgrade there is no option for upgrade request.

So I clicked the next time option, and the next page appear.

Anyone know how to upgrade now ?? any catch to get the preffered programme ??

I thought I was the only one .
I got the same mail yesterday on clicking just shows thanks for confirmation.
I am having savings max account under vishesh banking

I also got upgrade mail from preferred to imperia but no upgrade option to click ,I also clicked next time

Raising a ticket worked for me sometime back.

But yeah, kind of looks silly to send marketing mails only for user to click next time.
