Compensation is for missing food only of course. Zomato can't be liable if food quality is bad from restaurant itself. Reviews and ratings are there for us to judge if we should order from them or not. As a food aggregator I think they are doing a good job.

what if restaurant sent wrong food ? or the food i ordered is spoiled ? what if delivery guy throws the food at my face instead of handling it 😂

Yes. Earlier zomato had same. With new Gold membership they increased it to 200. That's a slight disadvantage.

Nope they don't. I even order from 500 meters away and 199 is applied for Gold.149 is usually in morning breakfast offer they run at times till 11-12 am.

Someone did a tweet that Cashback is not reflecting in the statement even for Swiggy Txns.

Anyway Netflix is using Correct MCC-4899 that belongs to Entertainment.

Most likely HDFC is considering Calender Month for Cashback Calculations, just like Millennia

Yup.
Late coupons help from ordering with places who don't give zomato discount or the card discounts don't matter cos we don't have same card.

Zomato Gold is actually good. I sometimes order from places as far as 6+ km and still get free delivery.

Swiggy is worst in this case as well. They don't allow another coupon if there is a deal offer where restaurant itself is giving discount.

On Zomato we can get restaurant discount plus another coupon if we have.
