HDFC Tata Neu Card application

I've applied for HDFC Tata Neu Card through an agent but got this response today.

Can somebody please guide me as what can/should I do to get the card?
I already have HDFC Moneyback+ CC.

Upon checking the status of the application, it is declined.

while you have one card, you cant apply for another via offline, its should pre-approved only or apply co-branded card.

if you want neu card apply from neu app or request a neu card with shared limit.

or

close card, upgrade ac, apply via c2c

millenia- 1l, max ac
regalia-3l, classic
infinia-10 lakh or 8 too if preferred.
