HELP (IDFC BBPS PORTAL)

I paid my SBI card bill using online IDFC BBPS online website . Anyone can pay using the website cc or bank account doesn’t matter . It fetched my sbi card bill from BBPS and took me to PAYU gateway gave an option to pay the bill using Amazon wallet . Amount was deducted but it’s been 15 days no refund nor credit in sbi card .
IDFC customer service and nodal officer too is clueless about this matter . PayU just gave me transaction id and asking me to contact merchant . Complaint page on IDFC BBPS website is giving error.
Please help and guide me what should I should be doing 🙏. Amount is above 29k

Still not received any reply from IDFC nodal officers.
Raised complained at multiple portal.
While raising the dispute SBI is asking for proof but I don't have any.
Clueless what to do.

Finally I have received an update from idfc bank after raising chargeback from idfc bank and sbi bank.. this is reply I have received from them

Dear Sir,

This is in response to your social media post regarding IDFC BBPS bill payment.

We have checked with the respective team and received the response that the refund will be initiated in 5 to 7 working days in your source account.

No I haven't and I have raised chargeback and dispute complaint at idfc and sbi nodal too and I received call from idfc and mail from sbi regarding this issue and both said that they are working on it and maximum time for resolution is 120 days and both assured that best will be done in favour of me.lets see how it will go with time and there are two transactions of mine which are stuck and both are done by credit card via phone pay
1. 7000 done from sbi credit card.
2. 3850 done from idfc credit card.

Anyone received chargeback or refund from BOB CC, idfc team? I got revert from idfc as i need to raise request with remediate bank? BOB chargeback raised on 28th oct but no response.10k stuck. pleass tell me the way to get refund?

same case with me,
first idfc said they initieated refund but even after a week no refund then i asked them again they again asked me for 7 days to check whats the status..

raised chargeback with bob, they said it was processed but till date no refund or temp credit given, i again mailed them and now waiting for response..

if idfc initiated the refund, it will show on payu. Did you check on payu using same transaction ID? for me it is showing refund pending and it takes 5-7 business days to get the money.

I see refund pending in payu. But the amount is less.
Payment amount was 19122.82rs. and refund amount is 18671.52rs.

if idfc initiated the refund, it will show on payu. Did you check on payu using same transaction ID? for me it is showing refund pending and it takes 5-7 business days to get the money.

i checked but no refund showing yet..

yesterday recieved call from idfc nodal team, they asked me to wait for 7 days, again...

first they said they initiated refund on 5 nov then i contacted them after a week they asked me to wait, now again after 2 weeks they asked me to wait 7 days..

Payu has updated the status of refund. It says refund successful on 21st November. I think it now takes 5-7 working days to get it. War ended now I suppose. 😐
