HELP (IDFC BBPS PORTAL)

I paid my SBI card bill using online IDFC BBPS online website . Anyone can pay using the website cc or bank account doesn’t matter . It fetched my sbi card bill from BBPS and took me to PAYU gateway gave an option to pay the bill using Amazon wallet . Amount was deducted but it’s been 15 days no refund nor credit in sbi card .
IDFC customer service and nodal officer too is clueless about this matter . PayU just gave me transaction id and asking me to contact merchant . Complaint page on IDFC BBPS website is giving error.
Please help and guide me what should I should be doing 🙏. Amount is above 29k
 
Amazon ko bhi mail kar diya tha. Abhi reply aaya, 2-2 email bheja and usme likh diya tha mera ek friend ne Amazon se chargeback kiya tha uska refund aa gaya. 🤣🤣

Tum Amazon ko direct contact karo na.

Amazon k grievance mail id pe mail karo. Pahele woh log reply karega ki successful hai phir force krna, bolna chargeback karne. Apne Amazon chargeback team ko bol kar.

batana ki transaction failed hai and paise fash gaye hai kahi aur bolna ki merchant ne he bola chargeback karne ko phone call par. Kyunki merchant k woha se transaction number generate nahi hai tha aur na transaction history me kuch toh woh log trace nahi kar pa rahe hai.

bolna ki mera frnd ka bhi hua tha and Amazon team ne jab investigate kiya tab refund mil gaya within a week me (maine toh aisa he bola tha).
 
what is the NAME OF MERCHANT OR SHOP / ATM LOCATION to be provided for raising dispute for the failed IDFC BBPS txn?
I raised chargeback against phonepe earlier, need to change it to IDFC now
 
Bro, Mera refund failed ho gaya, Aab kiya karon
IDFC k Payu account me fund nahi hoga. isiliye failed ho gaya hoga.

Maybe logo ne use karna band kr diya hai website down k karan and already saare transaction settled ho gaye hai.

chargeback raise karo merchant manually tumhare issuer bank/wallet se baat kar k return kar dega tumhare bank/wallet account me.
 
anybody successfull in raising a chargeback via amazon wallet
Amazon wallet 100rs failed and got refund. Call to customer care or use chat support option and ask them to raise a complaint for charge back and share the ticket number on email. I received email with ticket and after 7-10 days, received refund back in apay wallet.

But still 10k pending for the same day, tried all the ways paid via BOB CC on phonepay no refund yet. Raised chargeback with BOB after 12 days no response. any working method. Anyone got refund from BOB or IDFC?
