Help needed regarding SBI online CC application

Hi there, I have been trying to apply for SBI credit card since yesterday but there seems to be some weird issue with their website. After filling the initial details and getting the application reference number, the page gets stuck where we fill out company address details. The next button doesn’t highlight so not able to move to the income details section. Called customer care and they said they can’t help as it’s an online application.

Does anyone have any clue what to do next?

Use Sprint for sbi online application - they might be upgrading the old website so it might me a technical glitch

Yes, while applying I used spirint but now it’s asking me to retrieve the application and fill the details which I’m still not able to do :/

Try removing commas. Might work.
