yes I booked at 2.

I had a conversation with driver last time, and he said that there is an obligation on their part to complete the booking no matter what time it is, or how much delayed it is. Once he had to spent 15 hours to complete one booking as the flight was delayed more than 12 hours.

They offer 24-hour service, but the distance must be within 40km.

I tried booking complimentary airport transfer from North Goa airport but they are denying on complimentary basis. Even distance is 30km. They are saying there is union issue and they can only provide on chargable basis. I hold bob World VISA Sapphire Debit Card . Can anyone guide me what should I do?

I also tried the same … pick up / drop service is not available for goa …. Rent a local cab bro …. Even ola/uber is not available mostly .

Anyone can use it. Not necessary that cardholder has to use it.

Not needed. There is no spending requirement. Just tell the card number, that's it.

What proof is needed for Airport Transfer? Let's say I was near to the Airport and wanted to book a cab to my home could I do it? Do they ask for ticket or some other proof? @jetesh @telescope

The service is only to/from the airport.
And doesn't from one to another random place.

One leg should be at Airport, other at ur wish (within 40 kms)

They don't ask PNR/ Ticket.
But they do ask Flight Number & Timings. thru which they track in their app
