They denied on call or they later sent rejection email?

I just booked for 26 kms and they didn't say anything about 20kms.

They denied my booking for initial 2 attempts, succeeded on 3rd attempt to book 27 km ride, so it depends on executive handling & luck

Today I got phone call from visa concierge saying that their cab operator has denied the request. When asked for the reason they said it is because "the location is outside the municipal limits".

The pick up airport is varanasi and drop location is godowalia chowk (26 kms). This is right in the middle of the city centre and reason given to me is totally nonsense.

I had a word with visa concierge that if the city centre is outside "municipal limit" where are they actually providing service? He said, mostly there are limited number of cars available other than metro cities, and these days their cab operator is mostly rejecting booking request for all other airports, except metro cities.

If it's only metro cities (unofficially), then there is not much value for me.

I booked my ride for Kochi city, not sure they count it in metro city list.

Yes, they fulfilled it without fuss. Ertiga was used for pickup, Driver was polite & professional.

from bob website it is mentioned that "

• First Sweep out for Rs. 10,000/- will happen only when account balance reaches Rs. 60,000/-.

"

so if i keep balance below 50k sweep won't happen automatically

I opened the account on 2nd Sept, added 30K IF, and got the Rupay Platinum DC generated the next day. On the 3rd I Applied the Sapphire DC. Today welcome kit will be delivered.
After getting the Select DC next month I will keep around 25K for the next 6 months before giving Downgrade req. My primary objective is to get the DC FYF.
From 2nd Yr, I will keep only Select and Sapphire DCs.
So don't add more than 60K to avoid activating the Auto-sweep facility. Under 60K no risk of activating the feature.
Minimum 10K is required after 50K

after account has been opened, you can pay by cash, neft, upi. it is your wish.

Take the account number and IFSC code and fund the account from Net Banking
You will receive the Customer ID via Email after that log in to Net Banking then Generate mobile banking PIN> Use the PIN to login to the Bob World app

Go to BM and tell you want to convert to super savings and tell him/her to manually set the auto sweep threshold limit to the max integer the system can take. (there is a option for setting that). If he/she deny raise a complaint in CGRS.

I opened the BOB Super Savings Account (SB 117) online on 2nd September 2024. I received the CIF and Account Number via SMS and the welcome letter by email on the same day within 3 to 4 hours. After that, I needed to log in to my BOB World App to Order my Sapphire DC.

Timeline: Account Open (02/09/24) - Net and Mobile Banking Login (02/09/24) - Rupay Platinum DC(03/09/24) - Ordered Sapphire DC (04/09/24) - Welcome Kit Delivered with Rupay Platinum DC (10/09/24)
