Hi,

I'm trying to apply for the BoB HPCL card, but after I enter all my details BoB is suggesting four cards (including eterna, premier LTF), which doesn't include the BoB HPCL card. I'm not really interested in any other card. How do I apply for the BoB HPCL card?
Since you wanted co branded card, you have to select the co-branded card on the page where you enter your salary, below the salary, there is option to select co-branded card or go for a regular card.
If you are being offered eterna and other card, you might be selected "regular card" in the options. You go back to page where you have entered your gross salary, on that page you can select HPCL card.

phew..yes, I selected "regular card". I'm unable to go back to the start page. how do I do that?

Not sure, about how to go back, try clicking back button on the form webpage. else maybe try a fresh new application
called customer care, they asked me to mail them to cancel the current application and start over afresh
@TechnoFino dada any chances of getting this corrected from backend, without cancelling the current application? If I start afresh, there would be another CIBIL inquiry, which I don't want.

What all they except for address proof ? I am staying in a different city(Bangalore) than my hometown (Gwalior). My aadhar has a Gwalior address. What all I can provide ?

I am staying in a different city and have a different city’s address proof. I got my BoB card at my Aadhar address proof.

Can I submit something other than adhaar for address proof ? I may have to be physically present at my Adhaar address but I am not staying there currently

I have an ITR of more than 30lakhs. They are still charging me 2500 annual/renewal fees for Eterna. They are giving me limit of 3,13000. Any thoughts on how to make it LTF ?

Threaten them to close the card if they don't give LTF
I haven't applied it yet. How should we do that for a new application ? I haven't completed the process online since they were showing 2500 as annual fess. Is there another route for LTF eterna ?

I have mailed the BoB credit card department for LTF upgrade to Eterna from Premier card on 26th June. Till now I have not received any response. Usually, how much time they take to respond? I have mailed them my Form 16 too.

They are not very prompt in replying.
Wait is the only option.
Update us once you receive any reply from them.
