How to get BoB eterna LTF?

Eterna is no longer provided LTF based on salary or even C2C
Customer care executive told me to apply via C2C it would require 4 lakh min limit on other card, Accordingly i sent them email with documents but they rejected saying its not available on C2C. Also for upgrade or limit enhancement their policy is that you have to hold the card atleast for 1 year.
Not really. Contact them repeatedly, every time it will be assigned to a new person. With the right person, you will get card upgrades and LE.
I upgraded my BoB Select to Eterna after 2 months. I also got LE while upgrading.
Premier to Eterna Upgrade
I've recently emailed to eterna@bobfinancial.com for upgrading my Premier card to Eterna. They have asked me to do the process online but since I already hold 1 BOB card, there is no option to apply for 2nd card. How do I do it? Offline? or with conversions@bobfinancial.com. Conversions team...

I had 1L limit and not many spends.(25-35k max).
One emi was running for 8k.
Outstanding was like 15k or something.
Eligibility for Eterna is 12L ITR or 1L monthly salary.
My net salary was more than that.

Nope, mine was paid version. This was before the devaluation. Also there was an offer like 50k spend in 60days for First year free.
I also crossed the 2.5L yearly spends needed to make it free for another year.
Will close it before 2 years if it is not converted to LTF.
Anyone who succeeded to convert paid Eterna to LTF in recent times??
is it so? how to ensure if any such offer is available?

I, recently, wrote them to upgrade my Premier LTF to Eterna LTF…they denied LTF upgrade saying Ererna can’t be given as LTF and they shall upgrade it after charging applicable fees!!
