Use this debit card on HDFC billpay while paying CC bills and when you are on the payment page, choose "DEBIT CARD" instead of "NET BANKING". You can find HDFC billpay in your HDFC app or HDFC internet banking. Cashback will be credited in 2-3 working days, but sometimes it can take 1 week.

If you mean how much time to get millennia cb then it takes at least 80-90 days & sometimes 100-120 days for cb to come.
