How to Upgrade Axis credit card other than calling customer care

How can I upgrade an axis credit card other than calling customer care. Is there any form available like HDFC etc

Yes. Axis does not give Upgrades easily. But they give a second card after 3 months.

No your previous card will be active. The limit will be shared. So technically you'll have 2 cards.

Some people have gotten a second card in less than 3 months. I was one of them too. In fact, Axis Bank customer care specifically called me that I am eligible for a second card within 10 days of receiving the Card in February.
But, officially its 3 months.

The rules of getting Ace Card has changed a bit. I recommend that you pay all or most of your utility bills in Google Pay. If there, a banner shows up, saying that you are eligible, then you will get it more easily. If you call customer care and apply, 6/10 will say that Ace is not available for you yet, unless your TRV or transaction is high

IF WE take two cards from them...do we have to pay both card fees....?? and those who are not getting axis ace can get axis freecharge card....it is probably the most under rated card from axis...fees is lesss....yearly fees reversal is less...it also gives 5% on all freecharge transactions...

No, in fact in some cases people have reported that they get unlimited cashback on insurance payments too.

However, this card gives 1% on all other spends.

Its fees is 350, welcome benefit is 750 and fee reversal is 50k spend.

I had that as my first axis card. If you don't have axis ace, and axis airtel is not suitable, this is the best card in the market for you for utilities.
