Same here. They told me that ace is discontinued. When I told her that it’s available online , she said you can try but ace is not being offered as an upgrade option to existing customer. They are offering me airtel or select.

That time it was pre-approved for me, but not through GPAY. Axis branch where I've account called me and told about pre-approved neo card and all I've to do is, approve it in my axis mobile app. I was already having flipkart card from the start when they started issuing. So when I checked the app, it was showing almost every axis card as pre-approved for me, but the agent was insisting to select neo card. I asked her to call back next day to decide. By that time I did research and finalzed ace card.

Guys i have axis ace with 2.75 lakhs limit ,the card is 1.5 years old and there has been no LE done on the card was thinking of getting axis magnus but i need 3 lakh rs limit ,i have done more then 10 lakh worth of payments via the card for the past 1.5 year and paid on time eyerytime but no le has been done by the bank any tips ,what i can do to get le.

With axis, if you use it less they give LE faster. I've no real proof of this but this is just some people have shared and also my experience. I also have axis cc, total 3 but never got an LE.

You should not accept only when they give you 24k limit on C2C when you have 2.6L in hdfc

I don't know who makes these system,this just feels like indian board exams kuch bhi number a sakte hai kabhi kabhi sab luck pe depend karta hai.
