hp pay app load wallet via credit card which card is having zero charges kindly share your experience about the rewards/CB for this transactions.

FYI my holding cards are SC Manhattan, HDFC Regalia, IndusInd Legend and ICICI Apay as well as LTF Coral.

Guys update as of 6th july 2024:
Recently, ICICI has disable fuel transactions on their fastags. DYOR before loading bulk amt in ICICI tags
Update 7th August 2024:
Courtesy @Sriim for the ICICI tag holders to enable options of fuel by ICICI tags:
You need to login to ICICI etoll website using your fastag customer ID and password. It will show up fuel enabled yes or no in one of the tag detail menu options

Ah they asked me if I have app. They said will get 100 discount if I had it. They never mentioned that it was specific to vpower. I filled more than 4k normal fuel.

No for vpower it’s 25/- per thousand and normal it’s 10/- for thousand but some limit u can claim it if u have app
Btw I got my 100 discount today
Used magnus to try luck whether I get edge rewards now fingers crossed 🤞

I am using Magnus and trying to see if I can use HP pay instead of using CC directly to hit the milestones and get RP.

Sbi cb gave 1% initial days but from February it got stopped
Apay ICICI till now also gives 1%
Hopefully wallet mcc I guess

I tried it on Axis Magnus via Paytm and got 0 reward points. Looks like it is excluded. I also paid 1% extra.

I then used direct pay using cc avenue and got reward points and paid 0.85%. It must be government.

HP pay using Paytm is wallet. Direct credit card option is government transaction.

Yes I am getting rewards for government transaction. I also go to a government owned fuel station called TUCS in Chennai and I get points with zero surcharge. It shows as government.

If you see a board like this, you can assume it to be government and it will be surcharge free with full rewards point for Magnus. Having said that, I prefer Fastag + HP pay as it is also free with rewards points.

Yes iocl with the board that says Tamilnadu consumer cooperative limited. These guys have few places on highways too and I hear trucks get discount.

I have turbo kia so that fuel is the recommended fuel

Has anyone tried Magnus with coco fuel station (company owned). It might also reflect as government (just a guess).
