Hello I am holding icici hpcl super saver credit card, I will pay utility bill payments every month of Rs.50000 so with this card I will get 5 percent on utility bill payments where can I use to bill payments to get 5 percent on utility payments.

I have an upgrade offer from coral rupay to hpcl super saver visa paid.
Should I apply it and then convert to rupay or Is there any other option to get rupay ltf only?

I eyed this card for a while too but after reading quite a few posts about not getting expected cashback even at HPCL petrol pumps I let it go.
Coral RuPay is LTF. If you are looking to save on utilities get Axis Ace / Airtel paid. It will be worth it.
