ICICI RuPay Coral LTF CC got closed

I got LTF Coral RuPay CC as a pre approved offer couple of months ago. Got the physical card also, and it was showing in iMobile app as well. But yesterday when I checked I couldn’t see it in iMobile. Tried linking it, but got an alert that this card can’t be linked as it’s been closed.

Why has it been closed? I don’t remember if I activated it or not (I might/might not have), but I didn’t do any transactions using it. And how can I get it back LTF?

May be its not activated within the stipulated 30 days time. Did you set PIN/enable/disable card controls?

Call the customer care and place a request to get it activated manually.

You may also check your email and sms to see if you ever changed the pin or card controls when you received it.

I dont think its chargeable you can reapply from anywhere

because in imobile app .. theres no remaining fee waiver amount showing for amazon pay and coral rupay but it is showing for icici plat though its also ltf .. When i asked cc about it .. They said .. As plat is given both ltf and paid .. So the fee waiver amount is showing .. But no worries .. Its ltf for you

It's RBI's rule that if a card holder doesn't activate his/her card within 30 days, it should be closed automatically. You didn't activate your card, which means you gave your consent to Bank to close the card
