ICICI sapphiro bill not getting detected

My ICICI sapphiro credit card bill was generated couple of days ago. But for some reason both cred & mobikwik are not able to detect credit card bill.
I rely on cred for detecting any hidden changes & generally pay bill via mobikwik + hdfc DC(fullpay coupon).
Has anyone faced this issue before? Any resolution for it, already gmail account is linked.

If you have any other card on shared limit, use details of that card instead.

It shows oct 15th as the billing cycle date. So, when does it generate the bill, in evening? Does it generate on 15tg if it is on Sunday? I am not able to see the bill in imobile

I am also facing the same issue with my ICICI card. I think as ICICI doesn't mention anything in the email itself and everything is mentioned only in the attached PDF, mobikwik cannot detect it. So, have you found any solution?

From some reason from last month it's detecting both icici sapphiro and apay cc bill and I am able to use FULLPAY in Mobikwik

Strange! Does ICICI mention total and minimum amount due, due date etc for the cards on the email (I am not saying about the attached PDF)? I know it would be same for all, but still am asking.

And after how many days of bill generation Mobikwik is detecting the bills?

It's not mentioning any such details in mail. Only pdf has everything.
Strange how Mobikwik works.
But also Amex doesn't even send statement to mail but still Mobikwik detects it.

Couple of days after bill gene, it is able to detect for both Icici and Amex.
