Its 0.83% upto 20k and 1.67% above 20k.
Example:
For 50k Jewellry purchase,
You'll get ₹667 as rewards. i., 1.3%
Btw, Mayura card charges GST 1080 (if you believe joining fee compensated with their cashback), which needs 80k at 1.3%, just to recover fee paid to get the card.
After that above calculations works.

Ya it seems I calculated again and found this one is still available so 120 redemption fees and 580 adds to 700 so 55k spend in 1st month itlself seems to compensate the whole value. I am also having the exact same issue. I am sure I have given the correct credentials while trying to do transactions online. It was not even going to the otp page. When I checked with customer care, they said it is because I have given wrong expiry. I dont really believe this.
