This simply means that if you do not buy petrol from HPCL but buy from bpcl or iocl pumps, you will not get any cashback...
To get cashback, you must use the wallet money in HP pumps only

there must be some mechanism....the same way they knows where it is spend on amazon or irctc website....I think each POS machine have identity
