IndusInd bank Select Savings Account and Legend Credit Card

Hi. I received my Select Savings Account welcome kit today but I'm not able to link it with my legend credit card in mobile application. Please help. My 50000 is already stuck in select account and there is no way to take it out as I have to pay penalty as non maintenance charges.

Just a word of caution. If you have hdfc, please use that to get flat 1%.

Indus gives 0.93% only if you spend close to 1 lakh. Also if something goes wrong, Indus does not cooperate for dispute. They closed dispute two times for me saying merchant has settled while merchant says they issued refund. Last 2 weeks I am fighting for refund. Social media team is better than nodal and they finally raised dispute and asked me to wait for 45 days.
 
The idea of deleting internet banking is unwanted and will cause these issues. We just have to leave it and everything will be linked. We just need to wait for it after we try linking (even if we get error). The linking will happen.
Yes this is very true, I tried to link savings ac with already existing cc with app, got error at that time. Today after 2 days, magically everything is linked - even though I got error while linking at first. I didnt delete a single thing. I had cc from sometime and app was having cc details, later opened account and got DC - tried linking bank account using DC - got error -still linked after 2 days.

Hi, I recently got a Visa signature card and did four transactions using the card in Paytm.
1. 10000
2. 7700
3. 260.96
4. 7500
Till now, I have received 334 reward points. I tried all the tricks of how 334 can be credited but was unable to conclude. Can someone help on resolving the issue?

Paytm is a hit and miss when you use the Visa Signature card many have confirmed the same. Sometimes you get it and at other times you don't. All you can do is wait.

What is the best and sure shot way to earn reward points? I have both Visa and MC for the same account. Till now have used Visa only on Paytm
 
I was planning to open this account now that I have a legend card. But decided against doing so after initial interactions with their customer support team. I can safely say they are bahut bada MCs when it comes to handling issues even if it is simple.

I haven't spent even one rupee on my card as I want to change my statement cycle. For every reply they create an additional service request and then they try to call me. If I don't pick up immediately, the SR is closed and we don't have an option to reach out to them.

I guess their customer support is "legend"dary. I am now sticking to HDFC and ICICI. I have experienced far better support from them and HDFC even follows up on my queries on a regular basis. I don't even have a high balance account with them.

I found their exclusive cs team really good - well trained and educated and don't waste our time like the normal executives. But yeah - to catch up with likes of ICICI and HDFC reps, will take lot of time

Even worst is they close the dispute in merchant’s favour as it is easy. Customers are dammed. Merchant says refund is eligible but Indus bank concluded dispute that merchant claimed and closed dispute. The reason for dispute closure is comical. I am disputing only because merchant settled. 🙂
I have decided against using this bank for a year and try again next year.
