Simply ask them... You might get lucky, seen people opening new account with them they can twist the system for Exclusive and Pioneer Account specially.

IMO with my exclusive account the pioneer account is not at all available in all IndusInd branches
Even in metro they have only one or two pioneer enabled branches so try upgrading with those branches
Yes once upgraded ask for pioneer metal cc which is royal in look
