LTF for first 1 Lakh Customers

Can you shed some light on how we can use this card to rotate ? It does not work at many merchants where other rupay cards work

I don't use this card to rotate a I don't want it to get blocked. In my case it works with every merchant where CC over UPI is accepted.

Customer care executive from the escalation team told me they have scrapped the waitlist and they are not issuing any cards right now. Jupiter is a bunch of unprofessional management. People's money is being siphoned off and transactions not being shown in the history and even the FD's made are also not being shown. They have hidden the complaint written on Jupiter community by the victim.

when you see the founder & CEO himself spreading falsehood to defend their incompetence.
These fintech founders think too highly of themselves; above the laws & regulations.
They claim to solve new age customer problems but ignore when customers complain.
Paytm & growpital bit the dust recently;
frankly won't be surprised if few more follow this road in near future.

Already NPCI CEO Dilip Asbe rapped Jupiter CEO at Rupay card launch event for flouting RBI norms when they launched Jupiter Bullet. Jiten himself is not genuine and not transparent at all.

Mine was 47K and I got the invite yesterday but couldn't get the card because of my location even though they have two branches in my city.

I also got the invite but it's stuck on "Checking your eligibility." then showing error "please try again".

It's simple, launch a card announce some too good to be true perks get people interested issue cards to a numberer fee and cross sell products (savings a/c, FD, investments etc) from the eco system that hardly one was interested in before.

But some of us have received their card which is quite rewarding. Have been getting an average 3.5% cb.

Yes, gives rewards upto 5% per transaction. I have been averaging about 3% on my transactions. They also give a physical Rupay CC which gives 1% cb on all spends. It's quite good for a free card.

You will also get extra 1% cashback, if your total transaction above 30k per billing cycle using UPI and direct RuPay CC payment.

Got the invite, applied & got “location details error” & I reside in a metro.. Jupiter pe pahuch na mumkin nahi mere liye.. So Goodbye Jupiter !

They are issuing cards to people in & from Jupiter !!!! People from earth, mars, venus are all disqualified from getting the card .. Badnaam Pakistan ka naam lena toh bas bahana hai

Is Jupiter still issuing Edge CSB Card. I got the option to apply on March 1st and within few minutes, VKYC was completed. Subsequent to this, the app after lot of animation showed that "Sorry, currently we cannot onboard you". The credit card section of Jupiter App indicates "Currently Ineligible" Retry after 30 days. What exactly is going on with this card. I raised a request to understand the reason for declaring ineligible but no response.

Where do you live? Their serviceable area is very limited.

some sort of data stealing is happening in Jupiter....after submitting my application and during the vkyc they said my fathers name is not matching in the application and ended the call

I think this is the issue, probably they are scared that you might directly go to their office and ask for cashback on getting only 1% of their upto 5% cashback
