I hope they do not forget the Axis Kiwi card holders focusing on new customers now.

I applied day before yesterday and card was approved yesterday. But in the document that yes Bank send on mail it's showing only yes Bank virtual credit card. No kiwi branding or such. Should I activate it on yes Bank website?

Also the kiwi app is still showing kyc in progress.

Did you apply for kiwi cc or any other cc. If you have applied for kiwi cc only, then whats the problem

Yes Bank Provides 2 Virtual Rupay Credit card
1. Rupay Credit Card (virtual Rupay for existing Visa/Mastercard holders)
2. Klick Rupay Credit Card (Virtual Rupay KIWI card)

You have mentioned , you have applied through KIWI app then it must be Klick Rupay card, but please confirm it before activating with Yes Bank if it is not shown in Kiwi app.

This mpin and upi pin is confusing. I set up upi pin in kiwi id, then later i logged into iris app via customer id and set up mpin, the card controls says mpin is same as upi pin. Now when I try to use card control in kiwi app, it says wrong upi pin entered, how can yes bank iris mpin become my upi pin for kiwi card

If you change mpin, the upi pin automatically changes, god knows how this is possible. Anyway changed the mpin to avoid confusion in future

Mine was rejected instantly after video KYC stating "internal policy of Yes Bank". Cibil's decent at 777. Don't know the actual reason. Is it worth pursuing with Yes Bank ombudsman and then RBI?
