Please, if anyone is sending an email to Kotak, could you provide the email template and the email ID of the kotak officials?

Official email of kotak? Just like you I did not bother searching it on the web, but I looked in the 811 app and just raised a complaint.
Steps:
Kotak 811 app ➡️ Menu (bottom right) ➡️ Need Help ➡️ Grievance redressal ➡️ Personal Banking ➡️ Level 1 ➡️ Other

There is no template, just write that you did not receive cashback for the following transactions (write txn reference number).

Guys, Kotak Bank has fired the technical team who used to manage and deposit monthly rewards in Kotak 811 Super accounts due to excessive complaints, and found guilty in their internal investigation.

Kotak Bank actually hires people who were previously fired by another bank for unprofessionalism maybe 🤣
 
Ya. It will be considered as cheating unless they credit the cashback for eligible users till 28th February+ 2 days as it's not a 30 day month (as per their t&c).
I agree.
Even though the t&c has changed but it can't be changed retrospectively, they need to fulfil the January cb as it wasn't a term at that time.
If cb isn't credited by next Monday, I guess we all should complain to their email.
