Yeah this makes sense. But they would have full kyc at 12th month maybe. Account should be closed after 1 year without full kyc as per rbi guidelines

closed last week old 811 account , opened yesterday via agent new 811 account ... try it out!

Yes, but Kotak did allow the customers to reopen those dormant account just because they had CRN generated & probably they were focusing so expand the 811 users base so they allowed ‘em to reopen the mini KYC account.

yeah bank employees and he tried opening account via physical application something in his mobile and it worked...... you can try giving request of 811 super for one of your family member and when he calls try your account opening!

idk bro there was some physical application tab in his mobile , he clicked and entered details and it worked lmao!

Give Request via Website. Respective agent of your Area will Call you and He will Open the Account. Branch Employees can not Open 811 Accounts. These are Kotak's Business Correspondents who only can Open 811 Accounts

Website is the Only way.
Either it would show 811 officer will contact you shortly or will Ask to Visit Branch.
You have to visit Branch or Call Branch Executive if you can and get Mobile Number of 811 Agent to schedule a Visit
