Can you acknowledge that welcome letter has feature of the original white signature card only and not toned down one or pvr 🙂

Same happened with me. 796 cibil. No kotak relationship. Still denied. Strange stuff.

How much monthly income did you put?
I got only a single cibil hit of 50k. No decrease in score though. Also got card dispatched via bluedart message in the morning today. These kotak guys are really fast. Card approved and number generated within two hours of application and card dispatched on second day itself
You might be getting multiple emails from kotak bank to resume your card application. You can click on that do your vkyc. I had the same problem and I was able to do it successfully later. I just did it yesterday.
i did receive during the application cause during aadhar where 16 digit need to be entered somehow it wasn't going ahead so i had to resume again then after cibil hit and couple of mail from kotak of card approval and during vkyc and click on will do it later but it throw a error saying your application couldn't be completed for VKYC, someone from kotak will contact you.

I applied the same day you posted on Twitter. The card was approved instantly and when talking to CC, she was astonished that I was getting this card as LTF. Later she called and asked how you got the link, I said I got it through a friend of mine (So, I have a virtual friend, now). Then she disconnected. I saw the card in the mobile app, it's a White Card. I got an SMS from Blue Dart also, the card should be delivered in a couple of days.
I had the same error. I would suggest you wait for 2 days you would get a fresh email. try resuming from that. Atleast it worked in my case.
I too got mine. I think that PVR benefits were just webpage copy-paste error. 😀

A salary over 74,999, a company listed in Kotak's application, an old credit card of another bank with high limits, and a good CIBIL score are all required.
Since I already have 2 Kotak cards, I havent applied for this one, just giving you some information.

CIBIL around 765. Rejected.
High no. of inquiries could be the cause.
Let's hope the offer stays after 6 months, when we'll be able to apply.
