No i think its pincode not serviceable. Because i had 15-20 enquiries in last 6 months still got approved. Does anyone know how to now get limit enhancement card to card?

i did receive during the application cause during aadhar where 16 digit need to be entered somehow it wasn't going ahead so i had to resume again then after cibil hit and couple of mail from kotak of card approval and during vkyc and click on will do it later but it throw a error saying your application couldn't be completed for VKYC, someone from kotak will contact you.

kotak was having issue with Adhar VID i think..
didn't work for me..
close all browser windows for kotak, leave the application untouched for an hour or two..
then click link to complete VKYC/application in one of the older emails..
use Adhar - 12 digit..

then it worked in my case.

I went looking at my Kotak card offers just now because of this post and while there was no White card, found a limit enhancement offer for my League to ~4.5L from my current 60k (valid till 31st). So, thanks 😀

Got 2 cibil hit within 2 hour.. Beware of this... Need to raise dispute in cibil now..
Kotak is totally messed up.

Kotak themselves give good LE every 6 months. Only good thing about Kotak Cards.

I was able to see 0 joining and renewal fees on the landing page, but once I entered mobile number and dob and proceeded it is showing me this, should I proceed and check the fees on the PDF that they will send or should I not go ahead. Also at this stage is CIBIL hit already done?

Yeah been there try to resume in the middle of the process check simultaneously check for a application form pdf the title would be complete your kyc. It Sunday today so vkcy take place on Sunday too? Cause I don't think so but ot kotak so 🤷 so idk
