How you received information about virtual card? Via sms or email?
I applied yesterday, vkyc over and received email of application... Still awaiting approval.

It appears that Kotak is not offering LTF WHITE card, due to a code change it shows all Kotak cards as LTF, FYF.
in this case is Kotak liable to provide LTF WHITE card? 🤔🤔

Yes because you have applied as LTF card. That application form is proof for it... After raising complaint to rbi ombudsman, kotak will call us asap to fulfill the LTF...
If it doesn't happen, don't activate card... After 30 days it will be deactivated automatically.

But Many ppl have confirmed kotak white as LTF with cc.. About 10 pages back in this same post.

Customer care guys dont know about it as its a new offer. They are usually I'll informed. If you get charged the joining fee complain to rbi with the application proof. Even if they have issued LTF due to some mistake they are bound to keep it LTF because the application says so

I sent this link to my cousin, and he applied, card was approved with 0 joining and annual fees.
However if bank denies LTF later, he will ask for money from me. 😅😅
