Something odd is going on with Canara Setu it's giving an error "You have reached the maximum limit. Please try again later" when trying to pay a 1.3lac HDFC bill. I have not used setu since last week for any payments this is the first time I am encountering such a issue.

Same here, even for a smaller 1k bill. Logging in using another mobile number is a workaround for now.

New extra Card is it first year free and chargeable only from 2nd free

You cant keep 2 DC in HDFC I guess.
Previous one will be auto blocked upon activation of new one.

Yes, old card will be deactivated in some days.

Facing same issue since last Saturday. Tried mobile browser using mobile date, clearing cache , using different browser
Nothing seems to work.
Using different mobile number works, but worried that it would also eventually start giving same error. Got multiple bills to pay this month.

So for anyone thinking of "up"grading from Easyshop Platinum to Millenia right now, then you will lose the option to get it back. HDFC has replaced Easyshop Platinum with NEW Platinum / Vishesh / Classic / Preffered / Imperia which doesn't have 1% points for ANYTHING.

Many people here are giving the wrong info. Still, they are in the belief that they are providing the correct one.

If any of your HDFC debit card gets inactive you can reissue it as long as that card variant is live in HDFC system. There is a process (and charges) involved. Though the card number will not be same.

In simple words those who are migrating from old plat to millennia can shift anytime to the old platinum as long as that card variant is not stopped by HDFC.

Yes.

Also generate IDFC Firstap RuPay Platinum DC, So you will get 8k welcome reward points too on Canara Setu CC bill pay first transaction 1.5k+ (wealth acc).
