Ignoring it for almost an year.
My card expired last August itself and they had sent renewal card.
Something else if playing a factor here.

I was actually thinking to reject Regalia Gold, thinking they will send me Infinia hehe

Netbanking (Desktop, not mobile)
Went to Offers section, saw the offer there
Then went to Credit Cards -> Request -> Credit Card Upgrade
And completed upgrade from there

guys, is the upgrade from Regalia to Regalia gold worth if we dont have have high spends to get the milestone benefits? I see the rewards same as Regalia. Am i missing anything here?
Also, Regalia has Rupay variant but i doubt if Regalia gold has a Rupay variant
