I have total 13 Credit Card and when I got this I really got frustrated on them since I have all genuine card and they can’t simply send msg like this to us without verifying

But according to RBI no apps are allowed to see our card details so how l they see

now main question comes that how did they find out that people are using other cc in their app if they cant see any details & on what basis are they sending that notification

They do have access to Cibil record , based on that they show us our cards , now if someone manually adds a card , that is ok upto certain period of time as it takes time for new card to appear in Cibil.
But even after that if that card is not there on Cibil then there is a possibility that that card is of someone else .

They are literally trapping us & forcing to pay using cheq so we can never leave their platform to redeem coins or all the coins will go to waste
