Missing 15x RP on BOB Eterna

Hello TFCommunity,

I did flight booking transaction worth Rs 6390 on cleartrip but didn't get 15x reward point. I was supposed to get 958 reward point as per 15x calculation but i only got 96 reward point. As Cleartrip comes under Travel as well as online shopping category why i didn't get 15x here ? Anyone has idea ? should i reach out to BOB Customer care for Missing RPs ?

MCC for cleartrip maybe tagged under Railways so you can only cope

oh I was happily doing transactions on Cleartrip thinking to get 3.75% extra on top of Instant discount. But got nothing , sad.

sad , merchant should tag correct category code. , now wont do transaction from cleartrip in future.

That's why i use Amazon Pay to book for flites - even if i get 100-200 less discount, I know that I'll get full RP on Eterna or Cashback

Yeah very hard to categorized which merchant will give which won't , anyway cleartrip gave 15% instant discount on BOB this time so no issue as of now but will take care of thins things from Next time.

this is not just you or cleartrip, bob is cutting reward points left right and center in the name of mcc. my mother too have have bob eterna mastercard, reward points are very uncertain, that's why not doing any transactions on that card. keeping it only for unlimited lounge access for primary and add on card holder without any minimum spends criteria

Likha toh hai , you used Tokenized Card due toh which they did not received Online Flag😂
Now forget about it.

Delete kar diya card ab Payzapp se. Eterna ne bahut pareshan kiya hai mujhe, Indus se bhi zyada.
